Workshop program

This workshop lasts 2 hours and is given by a WSET-certified cheese specialist. It was co-constructed with the support of Switzerland Cheese Marketing.

In this workshop, you’ll discover the main Swiss cheeses and how to pair them perfectly with local wines. You’ll also have a sound knowledge of production sites and methods, as well as best practices in day-to-day purchasing and service. Finally, you will be able to acquire a systematic tasting approach for both products using professional criteria.
