Who is the workshop for?
To everyone. Whether you simply want to spend a good time with friends and discover the variety of artisan cheeses or exceptional wines, or learn more about terroirs, production, pairing and tasting tools.
Workshop program
This workshop lasts 3 hours and is given by a WSET-certified cheese specialist. It was co-constructed with the support of Switzerland Cheese Marketing.
In this workshop, you’ll discover the main Swiss cheeses and how to pair them perfectly with local wines. You’ll also have a sound knowledge of production sites and methods, as well as best practices in day-to-day purchasing and service.
How is the workshop held?
A USB key with the course material and other information will be given to you on the day.
Evaluations and certifications
At the end of the session, you can take a 15-question quiz to test your knowledge. At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of attendance for the workshop.
