Je souhaite partager avec vous ma degustation d’hier. Pur Jus traite avant tout du monde du vin mais je voulais faire un petit écart en vous présentant le Pur Jus des cidres…qui est suisse en plus, fribourgeois pour être précis!
Les sommeliers du monde (oui oui je vous jure…) s’arrachent les cidres du Vulcain. Le soin dans la selection des pommes (biologiques et souvent des variétés ancestrales) de leur verger, la prise de mousse lente en bouteille digne d’une méthode champenoise…Dans le verre vous trouverez du fruit, du fruit et du fruit, enveloppé dans une mousse d’une finesse et texture dignes des grands producteurs champenois! Si vous arrivez à vous en trouver une bouteille, achetez la tout de suite… et goûter le avec des épicuriens dans les 15 prochaines années 🙂
PS Regardez la contre étiquette sous ingrédient… il est directement noté “Pur Jus”. Il n’ya pas d’hasard dans ce monde:)

I would like to share with you yesterday’s tasting. Pur Jus mostly covers the wine world but I went a little out of my way and I want to share with you the most ‘Pur Jus’ (=Pur Juice) of all ciders… on top of that, I am proud to say it is made in Switzerland, in Fribourg canton to be precise !
Somms from all over the world (yes, this is true !) want to get the ciders from Cidrerie du Vulcain. They work with extra care, selecting the best apples from their orchard, all organically grown. Second fermentation happens in bottle like in méthode champenoise and the result is just fantastic… In the glass you will find fruit, fruit and more fruit, coated with a silky and delicate foam you would only find in top champagne growers bubbly nectars ! If you happen to find a bottle of this jewel, buy without a thought… and taste it with epicurean friends in the next 15 years 🙂
PS Check the back label below under ingredient section… You will the word ‘Pur Jus’ (=Pur Juice). It is for sure no accident 🙂
